How do I use a TriboTEX Engine treatment?

Simply add TriboTEX to your engine oil fill between oil changes. Within 15 minutes, you’ll notice a reduction in noise. As you drive for the next 500 mi/800 km, TriboTEX nanoparticles are forged into a diamond-like armor on your engine.


Wait at least 500 mi/800 km after treating before changing your oil.


Check your oil level and change it regularly. Our mechanics recommend treating every 40,000 mi/64,000km, or annually if you are a heavy user.


  • ORIGINAL, DIESEL, MINI, & BIG RIG Formulas
    1. Warm up your engine, then shut it off.
    2. Locate the engine oil fill port and remove cap.
    3. Inject treatment.
    4. Let idle for 15 minutes.

  • SINGLE CYLINDER Formula
    1. Warm up your engine, then shut it off.
    2. Once cool enough to do so safely, remove spark plug
    3. Inject treatment directly into cylinder.
    4. Replace spark plug and let idle for 15 minutes.
